Publication in npj Biofilms & Microbiomes:

"Redox-active conducting polymers modulate Salmonella biofilm formation by controlling availability of electron acceptors"

In this publication, we describe how redox active surfaces based on the conducting ploymer PEDOT can be used to modulate bacterial metabolism in order to enhance or prevent biofilm formation on surfaces.
